Christina (Tina) C-K Robertson

Thirty years of experience in the Real Estate Industry has provided Tina Robertson with a wealth of knowledge, generated from marketing a diversity of properties.
Licensed since 1974, her education has been gained not only through seminars and real estate courses, but from dealing with a profuse number of diverse real estate transactions in Toronto’s downtown core.
Her accomplishments include:
- single family homes, in Rosedale, Forest Hill, Annex and Yorkville
- duplex, triplex and multi unit buildings
- condominium sites, individual units and condominium conversions
- infill sites/projects, building lots and parking lots
- land assemblies and hotels, office and retail buildings
As owner and president of Tricontinental Realty Inc. in 1986, she became the real estate agent/coordinator for three major Japanese hotel and retail corporations and was successful in assembling a number of development sites for them in the Bay/Bloor/Yorkville area, including the Windsor Arms Hotel site.
Working with architects, builders, lawyers and so many other real estate professionals she has gained insight, astuteness and real estate knowledge that one does not get with formal education alone.
